Unionville Crew Winter Training 2016-17
The Unionville Rowing Club will hold an Informational Meeting to discuss Winter Training. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 14th, at 2:30pm in the Gymnasium Lobby.
Winter Training will be a 12-week session focused on developing strength, power and endurance in preparation for the spring 2017 season.
Varsity Rowers - Monday, 12/5/16 - 2/24/17
Novice Rowers: Monday, 1/2/17 - 2/24/17
Schedule:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday - 2:45pm - 5:00pm in the UHS Cafeteria
Tuesday/Thursday - 5:00pm - 7:15pm in the UHS Fitness Center
Cost - Varsity $350 and Novice $250.00 (Includes a t-shirt and registration for Center City Slam)
